LBM Control lets you:
- Calculate your lean body mass or body fat percentage according to your weight en body measurements. The app say you your category.
- Supports a food (or macronutrient) history.
- Represent graphically the amount of food or macronutrient ingested, your body fat percentage and your weight, in order to analize the results of a diet.
- Export data in CSV format.
The Body Mass Index (BMI) is not a good measure of your fitness. Lean body weight is a better indicator because it takes your fat levels.
